APPP, in collaboration with the IMF's Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific, host seminars on macroeconomic and financial policy issues on a regular basis. The seminar series is intended to provide a short but in-depth discussion on the pressing policy issues facing Asian macroeconomic and financial policymakers. Topics of past seminars include "Challenges in Monetary Policy" (November 2011), "Managing Capital Flows: What worked and why?" (March 2013), "Unconventional Monetary Policies: Looking Ahead" (January 2014), and "Inequality: What has been happening, why does it matter, and what can be done?" (March 2015).
